My second, of three, compilation pieces I wanted to complete.  Made from multiple reference images, I have loved trying to capture these beautiful lionesses as they meander along, and just love to watch them walk, and titled the piece 'Ambling ...'.  Lionesses are fast becoming one of my favourite animals to draw. I love to try and capture their powerful prescence and physique and just adore their beautiful colouring. Sadly, their numbers are in decline and are now classed as 'Vulnerable'. This is beyond sad.
 
A percentage from the sale will be donated to Born Free, whose amazing work will hopefully add to many other organisations in trying to stop this from happening.
 
The portrait has been framed with a soft white mount, black matt frame with an inner gold/red trim  It comes ready to hang and with a Certificate of Authenticity.
